If the goods you received are damaged, faulty, or not what you originally ordered, we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.

This policy is only applicable to purchases made online at adoredbeauty.com. We are unable to process exchanges or returns for purchases made with any retail partners.

This policy does not affect your rights under law as a consumer, which apply in addition.

My item/s are faulty or damaged

In the event you have received a defective or damaged item, please Contact Us immediately with the following information:

  • Your order number (found on the original order confirmation)
  • Which item is damaged
  • A description and image of the damage

Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team, as this may result in a slower resolution time.

All claims for faulty or damaged items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Any claim made after this time will not be refunded or replaced. 

Unless proof of damage has been verified by a member of the support team, we cannot action a refund, credit, or replacement.

Once we've received the above information, we will work quickly and efficiently to rectify the issue.

I received the wrong items

In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please Contact Us immediately with the following information to ensure we can resolve this quickly and efficiently:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you did not receive
  • The name of the item you received instead

Once we've received this information, our Customer Support team will resolve the issue for you.

All claims for incorrect or missing items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
