No, we only ship within the UK currently.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to your order once you have placed it. However, if you email us at customersupport@adoredbeauty.com with your order number, one of our team will be able to advise the best next steps to take.
Unfortunately we start processing your order as soon as it's placed. We are unable to change or cancel orders once they are made.
We offer either 24 hour or 48 hour tracked delivery with Royal Mail.
In the event you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at customersupport@adoredbeauty.com with the following information:
- Your order number (found on the original order confirmation)
- Which item is damaged
- A description
All claims for orders arriving without the correct/missing items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
In line with the European cosmetics industry requirements, Adored By, nor any third party acting on our behalf, have never conducted and will never conduct any animal testing on any of our products. The European safety assessments conducted on our products do not require animal test data.
Our products have been formulated to work with all skin types whether they are dry, oily, or somewhere in between. The full ingredients list is available on the product page and on the product packaging. If you have skin sensitivities, we recommend conducting a patch test or asking your health care provider if our products will be suitable for you.
